The Cause of Death of Extreme Weight Loss Star Brandi Mallory Has Been Determined

People magazine reports that the cause of death for Extreme Weight Loss actress Brandy Mallerie has been determined. According to the publication, the Fulton County Medical Examiner released a completed autopsy report on December 5th. It states that problems from obesity were the reason for Brady’s death. The document also indicates that the death was natural. The investigation revealed no indications of foul play, and the autopsy examination revealed no evidence of a significant recent injury.

The show, an Extreme Makeover spin-off, debuted in 2014 on ABC and followed people who had more than 200 pounds to lose as they worked with trainer Chris Powell and others to change their lifestyles, according to People magazine. According to the Atlanta Police Department, mallerie was last seen on camera on November 8th, at around 553 p.m., when she drove to a nearby Chipotle. She went into the restaurant, took her food to her car, and never exited in a 2018 YouTube video.

A makeup artist talked about how she got on the reality show in an interview with local Atlanta writer Kirby Carroll Mallerie. Mallerie said she saw a casting call for the greatest loser at first and wasn’t selected, but the producers emailed her information about the Extreme Weight Loss series, she said, about the possibility. I prayed over that application before I submitted it, and I prayed throughout the interview. Mallerie also shared that the death of one of her sorority sisters at the age of 29 inspired her to pursue weight loss.
